Ten thousand hours of practice makes you an expert. You probably won’t fit in ten thousand hours this season, but we can help you get a few hours in.

There are many different cyclocross clinics, practices and workouts to be found in and around Seattle, the greater Puget Sound and Bellingham. Check out some of these options.

All are welcome to join us for MFG Skills & Drills. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced skills classes offered at 6:30 onward, taught by top local coaches.
Hot Laps start at 7:30.
We set up a full course for you to ride, barriers and all.
Wednesdays from 9/7 to 10/29 from 6:30 to 8:30 at the Jerry Baker Memorial Velodrome in Marymoor Park

$15 for adults
Free for kids under 19
Breakfast’s Women, Trans, Femme, Non-binary CX practice
